BIKE YOGA IS HERE!

We are so excited to have FREE yoga back at the bike shop.

The classes are tailored to cycling and the needs of cyclists bodies. We will be offering two classes a month. One class will be geared to entry level yoga goers and the other will be for more adventurous yoga enthusiasts. Meet us at the shop on the Sundays below at 4:30 PM. Classes are one hour long. Please bring your own yoga mat as we do not have extra supplies.

Come check out one of the classes below. We look forward to seeing you there!

**This is a free event. Tips are highly encouraged to help support your local yoga instructors**
